The only thing that surprised me was that there was no delivery note with invoice in the delivery. Do you do this because you already send the invoice online and follow the zero waste policy, which of course I like? I was wondering how the package would be handled by the logistics partner if there was a problem with the shipment and the package was opened under certain circumstances and no delivery note was included?
